What will you be doing?

• Defining the objectives and scope of new and existing products, features and technologies.
• Gathering facts and requirements from stakeholders and preparing scope/functional documentation and information flow diagrams.
• Creating and reviewing user stories and developer tasks which consist of objectives, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
• Analysing and challenging requirements of user stories/developer tasks with stakeholders.
• Testing developed solutions.
• Ensuring that Projects achieve expected non-functional and functional goals.
• Assisting the Enterprise Architect in the design of high-level concepts for software and program features.
• The modelling of business processes and the identifying of opportunities for process improvements.

Required skills:

• Good command of the English Language – minimum English language proficiency level of C1 (Business English).
• Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality specifications/user stories/development tasks on a short deadline.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Ability to analyse complex topics and provide concise summaries of these to developers.
• Able to create functional documents and diagrams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Experience in system integration, business system design, business technology and information systems.
• Proficient in issue tracking (Jira) and knowledge management (Confluence).
• Testing experience.
• A strong will to learn new technologies and concepts;
• Understanding of using frameworks and libraries.
• Understanding of Previous OAS (Open API Specification).

Certifications: A combination of the below:

• Degree/certificates in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Science, Information Systems or Management Information Systems
• Agile Certifications

Considered an asset:

• Previous experience in the Fintech/Cryptocurrency industry
• Business Analyst Certifications
